Efore Plc Publishes the Efore Group’s Supplemented Half-Year Report in the Prospectus Related to the Rights Offering

Efore Plc (‘Efore’ or the ‘Company’) announced today that the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority has approved the Company’s Finnish language prospectus (the ‘Prospectus’) relating to the rights offering of approximately EUR 11 million announced by the Company today (the ‘Offering’).

In this release, the Company is publishing a previously unpublished supplemented half-year report of the Efore Group, which is included in the Prospectus, has been prepared for the Prospectus and is appended to this release.

The Company has supplemented its half-yearly report for the six months ended on 30 June 2018 with updated information on its financial position, specified the classification of interest-bearing liabilities in the consolidated balance sheet as at 30 June 2018, specified certain accounting policies of the half-yearly report, notes to the half-yearly report and the ROE indicator for 1–6/2018, added EBITDA and adjusted EBITDA figures and changed the term ‘operating result’ into ‘operating profit/loss’. In addition, the Company has reviewed the terminology in the 2018 profit forecast by changing the term ‘operative cash flow’ into ‘cash flow from operating activities’. The Company will apply this terminology in its future reporting.
