Enedo delivers power supplies for a European Railway Company for 1,5 million euros
Enedo, designer and producer of high-quality electronic power supplies and systems for critical equipment, supplies DC battery back-up solutions for a European Railway Company to support railway signaling systems. These back-up solutions will be delivered over the next 10 years and the total value of the transaction is estimated to be 1,4 million euros.
Enedo supplies DC battery back-up solutions to ensure the operations of railway signaling systems even in the event of power failures and faults.
“Our DC back-up solutions and DC System products are designed for this type of applications, and they are reliable even in harsh conditions. Railway tracks are one of our top applications for these solutions. This project is continuing our many years good collaboration”, says sales and marketing director Jussi Vanhanen, Enedo.
Delivery of the equipment will continue until 2030. In addition, Enedo will provide related maintenance services until 2040. The deal includes hundreds of battery chargers per year.
