Enedo received significant orders for medical power supplies

Enedo has received two orders for the combined value of around € 1.6 million for power supplies to be used in the European and US markets. These orders consist of around 70.000 medical grade power supplies for ventilators and cardiopulmonary machines. In addition to these orders Enedo is continuously delivering also back-up energy systems for hospitals.

The power supplies ordered are crucial for the production of medical ventilators and cardiopulmonary equipment targeted to countries that are currently suffering from shortages of these equipment in dealing with the COVID-19 emergency.

“We are fully committed to serving the medical industry with our products and that way participating in the fight against COVID-19. Being able to react fast to this increasing demand is a result of many years of work and close partner co-operation. We have been working in the medical market for 20 years”, says CEO Vesa Leino.

“This will also help us to mitigate potential uncertainties in some other product categories. We will continue to work closely with different partners and sales channels in order to respond positively to these kinds of requests”, Leino continues.
